Terms of Service

The rules for using RaisePilot. Please read before signing up.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RaisePilot.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RaisePilot is a fundraising CRM that helps startup founders find investors and manage their pipeline. We provide investor matching, a pipeline management tool, and access to investor data based on your subscription plan.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@raisepilot.io for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or distribute harmful content. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

RaisePilot and its content are owned by Lech Kaniuk Holding Sp. z o.o. You retain ownership of your startup data and pipeline information. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends but we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that investor data is complete or up to date. Matching results are indicative, not a guarantee of investment interest.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Łódź, Poland.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
